Sabina Tandari supervises and manages the department Private Funding at IMBA since 2007. She was previously already working on a project basis for fundraising and sponsorship at IMBA and gradually developed and expanded this area. She is responsible for strategy, donor communications, major donations and corporate partnerships, as well as the IMBA organizing committee.

Sylvia Weinzettl is since May 2010 Officer for private research funding and since November 2010 the Deputy Head of the Department. Besides her care for the contacts and sponsor networks at IMBA, she also has her focus on Fundraising activities and Fundraising projects. She is since April 2012 on Maternity Leave.
