As in the last 5 years, the Microsymposium on Small RNAs will take place again at IMBA  from Monday 16th to Wednesday 18th of May 2011. 

Keynote Speakers at the 6th Microsymposium are:

David Bartel (Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research, Cambridge, USA

James Carrington (Center for Genome Research and Biocomputing, Oregon State University, USA) 

Thomas Tuschl (The Rockefeller University, New York, USA)    

The Microsymposium features a Workshop for PhD students. Please send us your abstract for an oral presentation not later than March 31st. Selected students will be invited with all expenses covered. The best presentation will be awarded.  

The Microsymposium also welcomes posters – 70 x 100 cm. Registration deadline is April 30th. For those presenting posters no fellowships will be available.  

ATTENDANCE IS FREE, BUT PLEASE REGISTER ONLINE UNTIL APRIL 30th.
